François BRUERE painter, sculptor, art student from Angers and graduated from the National School of Applied Arts and Crafts in Paris, member of the House of Artists, devoted himself professionally and passionately to mechanical art since the end of his artistic studies. He draws, paints, sculpts, illustrates books on the automobile and the motorcycle and builds his own concept cars, real rolling sculptures.

His passion led him to create original and unique works for builders and art and automobile collectors. He draws his inspiration from the history of brands or a car whose beauty he exalts. It describes the expression of a pilot or a crowd that often reflects a heroic era imprinted with romance. His painting goes beyond the hyper realism and expresses the temperament, the vibrations that one feels while watching, listening or driving a car.

His unique and recognizable style always shows with force the implication of the man and his machine. Through the contrast between his sepia-colored backgrounds and his foreground in color, by the play of reflections, transparencies and flashes of light on a chrome or polished glossy paint, François Bruère expresses himself with force and virtuosity in his enhanced watercolors with airbrush, gaining recognization as artist on the international automotive and art scene.

Official painter (A.C.O. license) of the 24 HOURS of MANS, he carries out institutional orders for the Ministry of Transport or stamps for the Post Office. His original works are in important private collections in Europe, the United States, Hong Kong and Japan.
