Real-life model – Jaguar XK 120 C “C-Type” Le Mans 1953

The Jaguar XK 120 C, better known as the C-Type, won the 1953 24 Hours of Le Mans with the British crew of Tony Rolt and Duncan Hamilton in car number 18. Equipped with a 3.4-liter inline 6-cylinder engine producing approximately 220 hp, a lightweight aluminum body, and, most importantly, revolutionary disc brakes, it marked a major milestone in the history of Jaguar and endurance racing, the first victory at an average speed of over 100 mph.

Miniature – Jaguar XK 120 C No. 18 Winner Le Mans 1953 1/43 Spark (43LM1953)

Spark presents this Jaguar C-Type No. 18, winner of the 1953 Le Mans, in 1/43 scale, made of resin, with a faithful reproduction of the flowing bodywork, racing numbers, and period details (wheels, headlights, strapped hood). Presented mounted on a display stand, the miniature showcases one of the most important cars in Le Mans history, perfect for a collection dedicated to prototypes and sports cars victorious at the Sarthe circuit.
