Ideal hardness for long-lasting edge retention and easy sharpening

Ambidextrous sharp V-shape, 15° angle on each side for immediate sharpness

Sharpening along the entire length of the blade for a more precise cut

Great potential for improvement with subsequent sharpenings

Care and use instructions:

- wash your knives by hand after each use, not in the dishwasher

- do not soak your knives in water

- preferably use a wooden cutting board, avoiding glass and stainless steel at all costs

- don't cut very hard things, such as frozen foods or bones

- sharpen regularly, before the blade becomes dull, with a suitable whetstone
