Care and use:

- immerse the stone 15 mn in water before use
- pass the knife blade back and forth at an inclination of 10 to 20 °
- do not remove the paste which is formed during the sharpening, it is essential to the good sharpening of the blade
- Sharpening must always be done by the same person, right-handed or left-handed
- clean the knives with warm water and dry them with a kitchen towel at the end of the operation
- Do not use a dishwasher. Rinse and dry the knives after each use
