The ‘Mille Miglia’ is the most famous post-war motor race. The scene shows the Mercedes 300 SLR of Stirling Moss and Denis Jenkinson overtaking a Maseratti A3G. Despite going off the road and damaging his car, Moss beat the race record at an average speed of 155 km/h.
