The Type 992 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, unveiled in 2022, is the most extreme road-legal version of the 911. Its aerodynamics, directly inspired by motorsport, feature a massive "swan-neck" mounted rear wing, active flaps, and a DRS system—a first for a production Porsche.

Its naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine produces 525 hp and 465 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed PDK transmission, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 296 km/h.

The Weissach Package reduces the car's weight through the increased use of carbon fiber components. It can also include forged magnesium wheels—saving an additional 8 kg—as well as motorsport-derived magnetic gearshift paddles.
