Abstract :
The history of the 24 Hours of Le Mans began on May 26, 1923 at 4 p.m. This all-new event was created by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest four years after the end of the Great War. While this still remains confidential, it attracts foreign competitors, such as the British Bentley. For this first edition, he will only finish fourth, but totally won over by the exercise.
