Ferdinand Porsche knew how to surround himself with talented engineers, technicians and competent pilots for the adventure of Sascha. It is logically one of his friends, the engineer Karl Rabe, who succeeds him at Austro-Daimler, and the development of the Sascha in competition continues in the spirit of Porsche.
More and more powerful engines are mounted on the chassis of the small car. In 1927, the pilot Hans Stück is engaged to participate in the championship of the hillclimb. He quickly understands what he can do with his car, and following his instructions the Sascha becomes even more sharpened. The victories followed in 1929 and the title of champion of the mountain devotes the duet in 1930.
The Sascha has lost its nickname, it is now called ADM-R, and is the spearhead of a range of prestigious cars, kinda like the Tatra of the time. It still benefits from the brilliant design of Ferdinand Porsche, and with its engine of 3 liters / 120 CV developed by Rabe, even of the excellent relations that he has with its former collaborators.
