Presented in 1987 to celebrate the brand's 40th anniversary, the Ferrari F40 is the ultimate creation envisioned by Enzo Ferrari, conceived as a true racing car for the road and the direct successor to the 288 GTO. Produced in just over 1,300 units until 1992, this supercar, with its 478 hp 2.9-liter twin-turbo V8, lightweight chassis, and radical aerodynamics, became the fastest and most extreme production car of its time upon its release, and remains one of the most legendary Ferraris to this day.
