Real Model – Ferrari Daytona SP3

The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is a model from the Icona series, created to celebrate Ferrari's 1-2-3 finish at the 1967 Daytona 24 Hours, with a design heavily inspired by late 1960s racing prototypes. It is based on a LaFerrari-derived chassis but features a naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 producing 840 hp and rear-wheel drive, making it one of the most extreme road-going Ferraris in the modern lineup.

Ferrari limited production of the Daytona SP3 to 599 units, reserved for a select clientele, often already owners of a previous Icona model such as the Monza SP1/SP2. Its ultra-exclusive positioning makes it a prime subject for manufacturers of high-end model cars, notably BBR.

This 1/43 scale BBR miniature reproduces the Daytona SP3 Serie Icona with the No. 51 24H Le Mans 2022 red and yellow livery, echoing the design of the Ferrari 499P that competed at Le Mans. The miniature is made of resin at 1/43 scale, with an open roof, fine details (wheels, lights, diffuser, mirrors), and high-precision pad-printed or decaled decorations.

The model is presented on a collector's base and protected by a display case, in keeping with BBR's tradition for special editions. A true collector's item, limited to 51 numbered pieces, targeting collectors of Ferraris, prototypes/hypercars, and Le Mans liveries.
