The Ferrari 296 GT3 is a racing car derived from the Ferrari 296 road car. It features a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine (with a 120° architecture) and rear-wheel drive; while it lacks the hybrid system found in the road car, it is purpose-built for SRO/GT World Challenge championships. It replaces the 488 GT3, introducing an entirely new chassis and aerodynamics tailored to current GT3 regulations.
At the 2025 24 Hours of Spa, the No. 51 AF Corse – Francorchamps Motors entry—driven by Pier Guidi, Rovera, and Abril—secured a podium finish (3rd place). This achievement followed an impressive recovery drive from outside the top 60, a position caused by an early brake change. The team initially finished 4th but was promoted to 3rd following a 30-second penalty handed to a rival, a result that rewarded their strategy, consistency, and race pace.

The 1:43 scale LookSmart Ferrari 296 GT3 No. 51 model faithfully captures the 296’s compact silhouette: a low nose, forward-positioned cockpit, sculpted flanks, and a rear end featuring a large diffuser and adjustable wing. The AF Corse – Francorchamps Motors livery for the 2025 Spa race is accurately reproduced, featuring the red base color, complementary patterns and stripes (specific to the Spa design), the No. 51 race number, and the partner logos found on the actual car.
Crafted from resin as a sealed model, it boasts fine detailing—including GT3 wheels, slick tires, air intakes, side mirrors, antennas, and technical markings—reflecting LookSmart’s signature quality. The windows reveal the GT3 cockpit (bucket seat, roll cage, center console), making this a highly detailed miniature that perfectly captures the 296 GT3 that competed—and took a podium finish—at Spa in 2025.
