Commissioned as a bespoke build by the fabulously wealthy Sultan of Brunei, the ‘Bolide’ is a one-off model created in collaboration with the coachbuilder Pininfarina. Based on the legendary Ferrari F50 — from which it retains the fabulous 4.7-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine derived from Formula 1 — it abandons the original design in favour of a completely redesigned body with unique lines, embodying the pinnacle of automotive extravagance in the 1990s.
